1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Cheek and Chin.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Products purchased during sale events or with discount codes.

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence if applicable.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back.
Return Shipping:

3. Refund Policy

Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a damaged condition, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error.

- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:

4. Damaged or Defective Products
Reporting Damages:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at cheekandchin1@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
