1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products purchased during sale events or with discount codes.

Exchanges:
